For the first Cruise Corner of 2023, Lucy Abbott speaks to Norwegian Cruise Line senior director of sales UK and Ireland Gary Anslow.

Last summer, Norwegian Cruise Line launched new ship Norwegian Prima with a headline-grabbing naming ceremony in Iceland.

The ship – officially welcomed to the fleet by its godmother Katy Perry – is the first in the line’s Prima class, signalling a new chapter for the company.

In the months since the christening event, the ship has fulfilled NCL’s expectations, says Anslow, from both a sales and guest feedback point of view.

Looking forward, Anslow also touches on plans for trade relationships and partnerships, and explains what 2023 itineraries are selling well.
