AmaWaterways has announced that the senior vice-president and COO of Owned Brands for World Travel Holdings, Debbie Fiorino, will serve as godmother of its newest ship, AmaSiena.

The 24th ship in the AmaWaterways fleet launches in July 2020 and will sail a variety of seven, 10 and 11-night itineraries, visiting destinations along the Rhine, Main and Moselle rivers.

Fiorino is responsible for World Travel Holdings’ Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. brands. She has 30 years’ experience in business and leadership and more than 15 years in the travel industry.

Sister ship to AmaMora, AmaLea and AmaKristina, AmaSiena will feature 78 staterooms, the majority of which will have twin balconies. Additional amenities include connecting staterooms for multigenerational families, a dedicated wellness host and a complimentary fleet of bicycles.

AmaWaterways is expected to hold the christening ceremony for the 156-passenger ship in August 2020.

Prices start from £1,584pp for the Christmas markets on the Rhine cruise, including complimentary flights and transfers, when booked by 31 December 2019.
