Swan Hellenic solidifies trade support after impressive Q1 results
Swan Hellenic has revealed that sales for the first quarter of 2024 were nine times higher than the same period last year
The expedition cruise line has also opened a new central London office in order to foster closer engagement with partners and clients, while a new global head of guest relations has been brought in to focus on customer experience.
The appointment of Kim Daplyn, who joins form luxury travel firm Scott Dunn, will be followed up with a string of new appointments to Swan Hellenic’s sales team as the line looks to bolster its trade support and establish reservations in the UK.

The line revealed that more than 90 per cent of its business is derived from trade, with the line recently investing in technology infrastructure to improve the agent experience, in addition to offering ship visits throughout 2024 in ports including Portsmouth, Leith, and Newcastle
