Seabourn will implement a wave of culinary enhancements across its fleet to elevate the guest experience in Seabourn Square and The Colonnade
Seabourn Square has undergone a comprehensive refresh and guests can now enjoy an expanded selection of freshly prepared warm items, including breakfast sandwiches, savory quiche, and Roman-style pizza.
The new menu also includes a new selection of toasted sandwiches, such as Monte Cristo and Croque Monsieur. These new offerings complement the venue’s existing menu of pastries, sandwiches, and sweet treats.
“At Seabourn, culinary is one of the most meaningful ways we connect guests with the destinations they explore,” said the line’s president Mark Tamis.
“Our enhanced offerings in Seabourn Square and The Colonnade reflect our continued investment in fresh ingredients, regional storytelling, and memorable dining moments delivered with warmth and hospitality.”
The Seabourn Square culinary program features two service periods: a breakfast menu available from 6:15am to 10:30am, followed by an all–day menu offered from 10:45 am to 6:15 pm.
The line has also reimagined the daytime dining experience in the Colonnade, creating a brighter and more culinary-focused venue that reflects the brand’s focus on fresh ingredients. The enhanced experience places greater emphasis on chef interaction, made-to-order preparations, and destination-driven flavours.
It comes after Seabourn and Uniworld announced a spate of new itineraries for 2027 following strong demand for their debut combined river and ocean voyages.
The lines launched their first combined ultra-luxury river and ocean cruise earlier this year, selling out in just six weeks. In response, the companies introduced new packages for 2027. These will feature longer itineraries, higher accommodation categories and itineraries on Seabourn Ovation.
