Holland America Line and Seabourn have joined the OneSource travel agent platform to streamline trade engagement and foster sales growth
The platform, which is currently used by Holland America Line and Seabourn’s sister brands, P&O Cruises, Cunard and Princess Cruises, offers sales tools and resources to help agents amplify their business.
It includes access to POLAR Online, FlightEase and Plain Sailing booking tools, as well as destination guides, product planners and marketing toolkits. There’s also the chance to unlock upcoming training opportunities and the latest offers.
Karen Farndell, associate vice-president of sales and marketing for the UK and Ireland for Holland America Line, said: “Travel agent partners are at the heart of everything we do, and moving onto OneSource is another clear step towards giving them a more seamless, efficient and rewarding experience.
“By streamlining our tools, training and resources, we’re making it easier than ever for agents to grow their Holland America Line business and deliver exceptional service to their customers.”
Tom Andrews, director of sales UK and EMEA for Seabourn, said: “We are confident that the new and improved trade platform will improve how our travel advisor partners engage with Seabourn. Our aim is to provide an efficient, centralised hub that caters to our partners’ unique requirements, ultimately saving them time and equipping them with the best tools to thrive in their businesses.”
It comes after Seabourn and Uniworld announced a spate of new itineraries for 2027 following strong demand for their debut combined river and ocean voyages.
The lines launched their first combined ultra-luxury river and ocean cruise earlier this year, selling out in just six weeks. In response, the companies have introduced new packages for 2027 with bookings open from 27 December 2025. These will feature longer itineraries, higher accommodation categories and itineraries on Seabourn Ovation, an all-veranda suite ship.
