The 178-guest Riviera Radiance and 114-guest Riviera Rose will launch in March and April next year, respectively and will feature a host of never-before-seen features for the line, including its largest ever suites

Radiance will include three full decks, as well as a trio of dining options, while its premium accommodation, The Grand Suites, will be the largest ever offered by the operator. At 344sq ft, each will include a separate lounge and their own seated balcony.

Other facilities include a restaurant, bar and lounge, as well as a fitness room and sun deck with a swimming pool.

Rose, meanwhile, will offer 57 cabins across three decks, including four Balcony Suites with outside seating. The standard cabins will also feature French balconies with sliding doors and an indoor seating area.

The news comes after the river cruise line announced it is planning to host 60 per cent more agents on board its ships in 2024 over 10 fam trips.

New ships to “mark a key chapter in the Riviera story”

Each ship will bear the Riviera name on their bows – a first for the line – while Radiance will be its first ship to qualify for the Gold Standard in the Green Awards programme for shipping, which sets out independently verified standards in safety and environmental performance.

“Both Riviera Radiance and Riviera Rose will deliver an exceptional guest experience, with new public spaces, dining experiences, and our largest-ever suites on Radiance. We are confident that guests will love the new additions and cannot wait for them to join us onboard.”
