The UK general sales agent (GSA) for Pandaw, Fred Holidays, has appointed Joseph Grimley as head of sales for the expedition river cruise brand
The appointment comes as the operator looks to drive business and raise awareness of the Pandaw brand and product, both in the trade and with consumers.
Grimley joined Fred Holidays as a business development manager in February 2024 and, in his new role, will remain part of the Fred Holidays team while focusing on the river line.
“Since joining Fred Holidays at the beginning of 2024 I have been really taken with the Pandaw story, it’s products and the brand,” Grimley said. “When this opportunity arose I immediately threw my hat into the ring and am absolutely delighted to be taking on this new role.
“It is a unique company and, over the coming weeks, I will be formulating a sales strategy aimed at raising awareness of the brand and equipping agents with the knowledge and tools to sell it to their customers.”
He added: “I’m looking forward to introducing agents to the wonderful world of Pandaw and to working with them to support any sales and marketing initiatives, as well as enhancing existing relationships and fostering new ones.”

It comes after Fred Holidays, which also acts as the UK GSA for Lindblad Expeditions, appointed Danielle Bates to the newly created role of head of UK sales.
