Emerald Waterways offers deposit protection plan for guest peace of mind
Emerald Waterways has introduced a deposit protection scheme to provide additional reassurance to guests.
The scheme covers 2021 Emerald Waterways river bookings in Europe and Asia and all Emerald Yacht Cruise departures, and comes as the line unveils its second edition 2021 brochure.
In addition, bookings made before 31 July 2020 will enjoy savings of up to £1,000 per couple and a complimentary premium drinks package, while new bookings paid in full by 31 October 2020 will enjoy an additional discount of £250 per couple.
A guided tour of Dracula Bran Castle in Brasov, Romania, is just one of the highlights added to the cruise specialist’s second-edition brochure, alongside a three-night extension in Istanbul, complete with a guided tour of the Turkish capital.
The line has also introduced a selection of four-night Christmas Time sailings on the Rhine, Rhône and Danube.
Across the programme, Emerald Waterways has also added “extra value” to its existing itineraries, with a range of new shore excursions giving guests further opportunities to explore ports of call.
Emerald Cruises director of global brand & marketing David Winterton said: “Our second-edition brochure for 2021 has allowed us to tweak our offering to ensure our product is really hitting the spot.
“The world may have changed, however, Emerald Waterways’ commitment to our guests, the guest experience and their health, safety and well-being remains our key priority.
“Our global management team is working closely with CLIA and government health agencies around the world to continue to provide each and every guest with the uttermost confidence while on board with us.
“We are very lucky to have guests who are focused on making the very most of their holiday time and they can’t wait to get sailing again. Boosting the range of activities during sailings gives them more options and ensures we deliver the best experience.”
The line’s newest Star-Ship, Emerald Luna, is scheduled to launch in spring 2021. The 180-passenger vessel is the ninth in the Emerald Waterways Star-Ship fleet and the eighth to sail European waterways.
