Vice president and managing director EMEA for Celebrity Cruises, Jo Rzymowska, has posted a video on social media giving thanks to agents for their continued support and highlighting the initiatives Celebrity Cruises has set up to help and support trade partners during these unprecedented times.

“So I wanted to say thinking of you all and a massive thank you to all of you in the way in which you are, through sheer grit and determination, working through this extraordinary situation we are in.

I just wanted you to know that we are doing an awful lot at Celebrity Cruises to make sure that we are keeping in touch with you, we are keeping you updated and that we are here for you.

“And I’m really delighted with the number of comments that I’m getting from many of our trade partners saying that we’re accessible, the team are there, the call centre is there, answering our calls and of course, we’ve got our live chat as well, which is really being well used so please do make sure you and your team are making use of that.

“We also just last week launched across all four of our brands – Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara and Silversea – our RCL Cares programme and that really again has got off to a great start.

“You can access it through Celebrity Central and in one place it really gives you and your team all of the information and links to ATBA information, governments information, wellbeing, messages from our leadership, Richard Fain, who is constantly keeping in touch with you, our trade partners.

“It is really one place to go to access all of your information and we are going to continue to build on that as we go through this time but also into the future because we think it’s a great tool for you, our trade partners.

“We really are working diligently on our return to service programme and it’s complex and it takes time, and we got to make sure we do it right in the way that we always do at RCL Corporation in going above and beyond.

“So please do bear with us, all of us, from Richard Fain, Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, are working diligently to make sure that we’re doing the right thing at the right time to make sure that our guests and our crew and safe and that we continue to provide incredible holidays.
