AE Expeditions bolsters sales team with new support hire

AE Expeditions has appointed Bethany Brown as business development sales support EMEA

Brown has more than 13 years experience in the travel industry, including seven years at Blue Bay Travel.

She joins the UK-based sales team, led by sales director Andrew Turner, alongside senior business development managers Katie Harber and Andy Tait.

In this role, she will assist the team with the development of industry partnerships, agent engagement and training.

Brown said: “I’m delighted to be joining one of the industry’s leading expedition cruise brands and am excited to be contributing to the growth of the brand.

“Adventure travel is a passion of mine and the lifechanging experiences that AE Expeditions offers along with their incredible brand messaging is a perfect fit.”

Turner added: “Bethany has a great deal of experience in the travel and trade industry, and I am confident that she will be an incredible addition to the UK sales team.

“Bethany’s passion and values perfectly align with AE Expeditions and we look forward to welcoming her to the team.”

Earlier this year AE Expeditions, unveiled its first-ever voyages to the Mediterranean, Southeast Asia and the Atlantic Coast, as well as new dedicated solo cabins on every sailing.

The brand’s 2026 Arctic and Beyond season features 42 departures including new expedition voyages to Indonesia and Borneo, an opportunity to view the 2026 solar eclipse from Greenland and new Arctic combinations.

The portfolio also introduced small ship cruise itineraries visiting the Mediterranean, Atlantic Coast, British Isles and Ireland, which will run alongside the company’s core offering of polar and remote area expeditions.
