MSC pulls World Europa’s winter 27/28 Middle East deployment

MSC Cruises World Europa

MSC Cruises has cancelled MSC World Europa‘s winter 2027/2028 season in the Middle East

The vessel will instead sail a series of seven-night western Mediterranean itineraries from Barcelona, Genoa, Civitavecchia, Messina, Valletta and Marseille.

MSC said guests booked on the cancelled Middle East itineraries for winter 2027/2028 and their travel partners are being contacted directly regarding their options, including the possibility to move their booking to another sailing or request a full refund.

As a result, MSC World Asia has been repositioned to sail the south Caribbean. The ship will operate seven- and 14-night itineraries with embarkation in Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre and Bridgetown, with fly-cruise options available from Manchester to Bridgetown.

The itineraries call in destinations such as Castries in Saint Lucia, St. George’s in Grenada, Philipsburg in St. Maarten, St. John’s in Antigua and Barbuda, Basseterre in Saint Kitts and Nevis, Roseau in Dominica, and Kingstown in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Guests booked on World Asia in the Mediterranean or MSC Meraviglia in the South Caribbean for winter 2027/2028 will see their bookings updated and will be contacted directly about any individual changes.

The new winter 2027/2028 itineraries for World Europa and World Asia will open for sale and be available to book from 25 August 2026.
