Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection and U River Cruises has added to its trade team with the appointment of Angela Sloan as key account manager.

Sloan, who was most recently head of product and commercial at World Travel Holdings UK, will be responsible for the management of Uniworld and U’s trade partners and building new relationships.

She will join the team on 8 April and report to national sales manager Rachel Healey.

Sloan said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Uniworld and U River Cruises, supporting Chris [Townson], Rachel and the rest of the team to grow UK business for what is widely recognised as the most luxurious river cruise line in the world.

“I’m looking forward to getting straight out to market, sharing the Uniworld and U story and differences with all relevant agents from my existing contacts book and beyond.”
