Princess Cruises has unveiled a range of details and features that will be onboard the 3,600-guest Sky Princess.

The ship, which launches in October 2019, will include Sky Suites, which are centrally located on the top decks of the ship and have the largest private balconies ever offered by the line.

The two suites will provide an uninterrupted 270-degree view and accommodate up to five guests.

Measuring 700 square feet, the balconies will provide a private vantage point of the ship’s Movie Under the Stars screen, as well as a space for hosting celebrations and catered events by the award-winning chefs onboard.

Jan Swartz, president of Princess Cruises, said: “Our two new Sky Suites reflect Princess Cruises’ continued commitment to offer new and expansive accommodations that meet the needs of our guests who wish to explore the world in ultimate comfort.”

The Sanctuary area will have twice as many private cabanas as its sister ships, while guests will also be able to enjoy the new look of the ship’s Vista Lounge, complete with a full bar and a new café in the Princess Live venue.
