VIVA Cruises has named two agents as winners of prize draws linked to its relaunched online training programme.
Frankie Bond of cruise.co.uk has won a four-night VIVA Cruises sailing, and Elizabeth Young of Stein Travel has received a Rituals hamper.
To be eligible, agents had to complete all five programme modules by 30 September. The cruise draw was open to any agent who finished the full programme, while the hamper draw was for existing subscribers who completed the new modules.
The programme relaunched in July; its five modules cover an introduction to the line, its fleet, onboard experiences, shore excursions and destinations.
The portal also includes an agent “toolbox” with selling guides, brand news and incentives.
