Royal Caribbean has extended its trade loyalty programme with the creation of UpperDeck250

The platform, which is an extention of UpperDeck100, will launch at the end of July and is designed to recognise and reward the line’s highest-performing trade partners.

UpperDeck250 has been created for agents achieving £250,000 or more in bookings annually and will give them “premium rewards and experiences,” the line said, such as branded merchandise, holiday cashback, access to exclusive ship visits, family day experiences in Southampton and bespoke email signatures.

The line will welcome the third vessel in its Icon class, Legend of the Seasto its fleet at the next week, marking the first time an Icon class ship will sail in Europe.

Aaron Langford, senior sales director UK and Ireland, said: “With the arrival of Legend of the Seas this month, it’s more important than ever that we continue investing in the relationships that help drive our success.

“UpperDeck250 is ultimately about celebrating our most engaged partners and ensuring they feel valued, connected and supported as ambassadors of Royal Caribbean.

“Beyond incentives, this is about building a community of highly engaged partners who feel genuinely connected to our brand through recognition, exclusive access and shared experiences.”

Royal Caribbean has confirmed the orders for two more Icon class ships which will be the sixth and seventh vessels in the class when they enter service, scheduled for 2029 and 2030, respectively.
