Riviera Travel has introduced a new app to enable its trade team to dedicate more time to engaging with its agent partners
The system allows key account managers to track their agent visits and outcomes, with the resultant data being used to coordinate schedules and target specific partners who are keen to work more closely with Riviera.
It also features a one-click reporting function, reducing time spent on administration tasks by around 50%, and via the app’s reporting tools, meeting notes can be logged instantly and shared across the trade team.
Vicky Billing, head of trade and partnerships at Riviera Travel, said: “We have ambitious trade growth plans and it’s essential that we stay ahead of the game.
“This app makes it easier for our key account managers to do what they do best: getting out on the road and building those key relationships.”
Agents ‘reaping the benefits’ of new Riviera Travel app
Billing said the line has received positive feedback to date, with both the Riviera team and agent partners “reaping the benefits” of the new system.
Riviera has bolstered its trade team this year with the appointments of Suzanne Warren as key account manager for the southeast, Amanda Docherty as key account manager for homeworkers, and Chris McCloskey and Lloyd Morris as key account managers.
