Regent Seven Seas launches Formula One-themed Mediterranean voyage
Regent Seven Seas Cruises has a launchd a new Mediterranean Spotlight Voyage as part of the next phase of its partnership with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team
The 10-night itinerary, which departs 22 July 2025 onboard Seven Seas Splendor, will be hosted by former F1 driver Pedro de la Rosa and members of Aston Martin Aramco including engineers and executives.
The cruise will visit destinations known for motor racing such as Barcelona, Spain and Monaco’s Monte Carlo. Onboard, de la Rosa will host a Q&A session and meet and greets.
In addition to the sailing, Regent will offer a range of pre- and post-cruise motor-racing themed land programmes for guests looking to extend their holiday.
These include tours of racetracks and visits to private car collections, plus the chance to attend an Aston Martin Aramco Race Weekend Experience in Hungary after the Spotlight Voyage.

Regent Seven Seas and Aston Martin to host ‘immersive’ onboard events
Throughout the cruise, additional members of the Aston Martin team will conduct master-classes, workshops, meet and greets and panel discussions.
Off the ship, guests will visit the Classic Car Collection in Monaco, take a walking tour of the city’s race circuit and delve into Prince Rainer’s personal car collection.
Guests will then taste an aperitivo with F1 memorabilia overlooking Port Hercule before capping off the day with a panoramic helicopter flight.
On board, travellers will be able to get up close and personal with a full-size replica of one of the team’s race cars, featuring the Regent logo, which will be placed on a public deck of Seven Seas Splendor.
The ship will also offer an Aston Martin simulator so guests can test their skills on a virtual circuit. The voyage will be complete with “Race Day” themed dishes, cocktails, deck parties, documentary airings, gifts, co-branded merchandise and Culinary Arts Kitchen classes.
Prices for the Spotlight Voyage start from £7,949pp. Some shoreside experiences will be at an additional cost and have limited capacity.
