Chef, author and presenter Raymond Blanc OBE will join Scenic’s taste of France Gastronomic Bordeaux river cruise later this year.
Joining the voyage at Cadillac for a two-day on board stay, Blanc will take part in an exclusive talk and Q&A about his life and career.
Guests will discover culinary secrets and tips during an in-depth cooking demonstration. There will also be an informal drinks reception and gala dinner, prepared by the ship’s head chef, in Blanc’s honour.

The 11-day cruise around Bordeaux, departing 26 August until 5 September, offers guests the chance to sample the region’s food highlights while enjoying the luxury of Scenic Diamond. Wine critic Susy Atkins is also joining the voyage, offering exclusive wine masterclasses and tastings.
