The cruise and travel industry is navigating a period of unprecedented change. From geopolitical uncertainty and shifting consumer behaviours to advances in AI and digital marketing, disruption is reshaping how cruise brands interact with customers.

Across a day of insightful presentations, expert panels and thought-provoking discussions, attendees will examine the trends shaping the future of cruise. Key themes include the impact of AI and technology on customer acquisition and retention; emerging growth opportunities in river, luxury and expedition; and the importance of creating seamless experiences.

New for this year includes an ‘Ask the Expert’ hot seat session, as well as the return of the consumer panel segment, where we ask travellers what they really think about holidays-at-sea.

Speakers include Nico Beukes, UK, Ireland and Nordics CEO of technology platform Insider One; Hayley Moore, vice president of sales and marketing for UK emerging markets for Hurtigruten; Amanda Docherty, head of trade UK and Ireland for Riviera Travel; Sam Conway, head of business development for Travelzoo; and Nick Cooper, head of market for HolidayPirates Group.

Cruise Trade News would like to extend a special thanks to the sponsors of this year’s event, Riviera Travel, Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, Travelzoo, Crystal Cruises, HX Expeditions, Insider One, HolidayPirates and Hurtigruten. More details of the event and a full agenda will be unveiled in due course.

The Cruise Summit has been designed for senior executives and marketers within the cruise and travel industry. Due to limited capacity and the focused nature of the event, all registrations of interest to attend will be reviewed and attendance will be confirmed upon approval.
