Not Just Travel has promoted Duncan Croucher to head of cruise sales in response to “extraordinary growth” in bookings

Croucher joined the agency in 2019 as partnerships manager and was moved into the Cruise Division when it was launched in 2022. Since then, cruise sales across the Not Just Travel network have more than tripled, the agency said.

Prior to joining Not Just Travel, Croucher held positions at Regent Seven Seas, P&O Cruises, Cunard and TUI.

In his new role, Croucher will have full responsibility for Not Just Travel’s cruise commercial operation and its relationship with cruise line partners.

“Cruise is performing strongly and our consultants are increasingly confident in selling it, particularly at the higher end,” Croucher said.

“The training programme we have built has made a real difference. There is more to do and we look forward to driving the next phase of cruise sales growth.”
