Guests can save up to £1,250 on Emerald Waterways’ Danube Delights river cruise, as part of the line’s special bank holiday offer.

The saving applies to bookings made before 31 August 2019.

The eight-day river cruise departs from Nuremberg and travels through Regensburg and Passau, Germany, and then onto Melk, Dürnstein, Vienna and Bratislava, before ending in Budapest.

Highlights of the cruise include a traditional Hungarian folklore show on board in Budapest, a hike to Dürnstein Castle, a guided bike tour along the Danube river from Melk to Dürnstein, and a home-hosted coffee and cake with a Slovakian family – all part of the EmeraldPLUS, EmeraldACTIVE and EmeraldEXCURSION experiences.

Emerald Waterways is also offering a saving of up to £1,250 per couple on its collection of 2020 European river cruises, plus unlimited free drinks on board with all balcony suite bookings when booked before 31 August 2019. If the full balance is paid by the end of the year, guests will also receive an additional £250 saving per couple.

Prices include return flights from up to 15 UK airports, transfers, seven nights on board, all tipping and gratuities, all meals with selected drinks on board, shore excursions and events and experiences.
