In the fourth episode of the Channel 5 show Cruising with Jane McDonald, luxury cruise line Silversea welcomes the TV presenter on board its ship Silver Shadow.

Airing this Friday (20 December), the episode will see McDonald cruise the Adriatic coastline on board the 388-guest vessel, stopping at popular ports including Dubrovnik, Korcula, Venice, Split and Kotor along the way.

To celebrate Jane McDonald being back on board one of its ships, Silversea is offering travel agents the chance to win a suite for two on the newly-refurbished Silver Shadow.

To be in with a chance to win, entrants must make a booking on any of the Jane McDonald selected voyages between 19 December and 6 January 2020 in order to be automatically entered to win a place on the 13-day transoceanic cruise from Fort Lauderdale to Lisbon on 27 March 2020.

Additionally, the cruise line is offering passengers a 5 per cent saving on selected voyages worldwide.

Following the filming in autumn, Silversea’s all-suite Silver Shadow underwent an extensive refurbishment in November 2019.

The renovation included the creation of a new atrium area on deck 5, and major enhancements to all guest suites, corridors, and many public spaces, including a remodelling of the ship’s La Dame restaurant and Connoisseur’s Corner.

The refurbishment is part of Silversea’s Project Invictus: a long-term plan to enhance its luxury fleet of ships.

The next episode of Cruising with Jane McDonald featuring Silversea will air this Friday 20 December at 9pm.
