Cruise Croatia to offer dedicated solo cabins on all 2024 departures

Cruise Croatia

Cruise Croatia has boosted its solo traveller offering with dedicated single occupancy cabins on every departure throughout 2024.

It marks the first time the luxury small-ship cruise operator has offered cabins exclusively for individual passengers.

Alongside the cabins, which will be available at no additional charge, Cruise Croatia will provide exclusive experiences on board and ashore for those travelling by themselves.

Graham Carter, chief commercial officer at Cruise Croatia, said: “We know that demand for solo travel is growing, with more people seeing the value in exploring the world at their own pace.

“The addition of our dedicated solo cabins will ensure independent travellers discover new destinations in authentic ways with the ability to make new friends and meet like-minded people along the way, all while experiencing the first-class facilities and service across our fleet of luxury small-ship vessels.”

Cruise Croatia marks ‘best-ever’ sailing season

Cruise Croatia is offering 144 departures across 10 separate itineraries in 2024. The operator celebrated its best-ever sailing season in 2023, carrying more than 4,000 passengers between May and October.

The line saw a 33% increase in guests compared with the same period in 2022. It ran 107 departures across eight itineraries at a 99.7% occupancy rate.

The brand said the uptick in business was in-part been driven by travel agent bookings, which hit an all-time high in 2023 following the introduction of a dedicated trade team in May this year.
