Celestyal alters pricing model and boosts commission opportunities

Celestyal Cruises

Celestyal is set to implement a new two-tiered pricing model as well as several new commission-earning opportunities for agents.

The new scheme will feature an entry-level, “inclusive” fare which offers complimentary dining and select drinks with meals, entertainment, daily activities, port charges and gratuities, as well as a pre-bookable shore excursion discount of £65pp.

For customers looking to upgrade their holiday, Celestyal will offer an “enhanced” tier with an unlimited premium drinks package, daily hour of complimentary Wi-Fi, 25% discount on specialty dining and a pre-bookable shore excursion discount of £130pp.

There will also be several additional commission earning opportunities for agents and discounts for guests pre-booking various drink and shore excursions packages.

Celestyal sees spike in demand for shoreside excursions

Meanwhile, in response to consumer demand to spend more time in the islands of Santorini and Mykonos, Celestyal’s seven-night Idyllic Aegean itinerary will now arrive early into Santorini for an extended whole-day opportunity to explore the destination.

In 2024, Celestyal will launch a new, five-night Legendary Aegean itinerary visiting Santorini, Rhodes and reintroducing Samos in Greece and Istanbul in Turkey.

On Tuesday (10 October), Celestyal confirmed it would be temporarily suspending all calls to Israel on its Three Continents itinerary until the end of November 2023 as the deadly conflict between Hamas and Israel continued.
