Celebrity Cruises will reward travel agents who have “gone above and beyond for the brand” over the coming months.
The line’s sales managers will be visiting trade partners with mystery envelope prizes.
Agents can choose an envelope with one of more than a hundred prizes, ranging from money to spend on a team lunch, to Celebrity Rewards points and branded goodies.
They can also exchange their prize for another mystery envelope, which could see them win a place for themselves and a colleague on Celebrity’s Seminar at Sea – described as the the “ultimate Celebrity Cruises training experience”, to be held on Celebrity Apex this year.
In addition, as part of this line’s current Celebrity Moments campaign, agents can earn up to £1,500 in total via Celebrity Rewards with additional cash prizes for those making multiple bookings before 1 March.
The first of the prize draws in the campaign will reward 50 agents who have made 10 or more bookings with £500 each, followed by a second draw where 25 agents with 20 or more bookings can win £1,000 each.
‘Conversations with Celebrity Cruises’
Celebrity Cruises training manager Leon Hand will also release a ‘Conversations with Celebrity’ podcast on 11 January, in which he speaks to the line’s senior vice-president of sales, the Americas, Dondra Ritzenthaler.
Celebrity Cruises UK & Ireland director of sales Claire Stirrup said: “We’ve shaped this year’s wave campaign around feedback from our travel agent panels.
