Celebrity Cruises has announced new wellness experiences on its UK summer staycation sailings on the revolutionised Celebrity Silhouette.

The programme provides a “holistic wellness experience, from dawn until dusk, turning the ship into a sanctuary at sea”, Celebrity said.

A key part of the offering is the first at-sea Women in Wellness programme, uniting experts to curate wellbeing activities to nurture the mind, body and spirit.

Guests can expect a diverse range of experiences, including:

• Sunrise yoga on the open deck, helping guests start their day in the best and most mindful way possible
• Meditation, featuring a seven-day series of guided meditations by Kimberly Snyder, founder of lifestyle brand Solluna. These sessions will be available to watch at any time through guests’ stateroom TVs
• Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie will also be available on Celebrity Silhouette. This, according to Celebrity, combines ingredients (mineral-rich greens, vitamin-packed fruit and detoxifying lemon) in “the most beneficial way for the best nutrition and results”
• Rejuvenating treatments available in the on-board spa, from ELEMIS® BIOTEC facials that use the latest and most advanced facial technology to help increase the skin’s natural cellular energy, to the Thousand Flower Detox Wrap

The ship also has an upgraded fitness centre, with state-of-the-art cardio machines and weight equipment from Technogym. Celebrity is also the only major cruise line to offer Peloton’s live-stream classes at sea.

Guests lucky enough to be in Celebrity Silhouette’s Penthouse Suite can even have their own private Peloton bike installed in their room.

Meanwhile, Aqua Class stateroom guests can expect unlimited and complimentary access to the Persian Garden – a space dedicated to aquatherapy – a spa concierge; access to Blu, a restaurant bathed in natural light with a menu that features healthy cuisine; a yoga mat in every room and on-demand fitness accessories; complimentary fitness classes; and discounts for spa treatments.
