Azamara Cruises has reshaped its leadership team as it looks to bolster its ties with UK and Irish agents
In the new structure, Stuart Peace will step into the role of director of sales UK & Ireland and Lee Surman will take the position of director of partnerships and trading, international.
Pearce, who has been with the company for over 17 years, will continue to oversee the UK sales strategy and work to develop market leadership, support trade partners and drive growth across the UK and Ireland.
