The competition opens Friday 1 February 2019, and closes at 23:59 on Saturday 10 August 2019.
Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom, aged 21 or over and must be working full time within a UK or Ireland retail travel agency both at the time of entering the competition and taking the prize. Employees of Cruise Trade News/Real Response Media and Holland America Line are ineligible to enter this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. It is the responsibility of winners (and travel companion) to have a full valid passport (with validity for six months or more beyond the date of travel) and travel insurance to be able to take the trip. It is the winners’ own responsibility to ensure that they have correct and valid documentation to travel.
The competition prize draw will take place in early May 2019, with the selected prize winners notified as soon as possible. The winners will be chosen by a panel based on content of entries, and winners will be duly informed. Four travel agent winners (two winners and two colleagues of their choice, who will share a twin room), will enjoy a weekend trip (two days) to Amsterdam from 29-30 June 2019 with a visit to Nieuw Statendam as its highlight. Fly UK/Amsterdam, transfer into the city by train and enjoy a day to explore the sights with your Holland America Line and Cruise Trade News hosts
Sunday 8 September
After breakfast, board Nieuw Statendam at the port of Amsterdam to enjoy a guided tour of Holland America Line’s spectacular new ship with a three-course lunch. Then transfer by train to the airport for an evening flight back to the UK
The escorted trip will include flights (from London or select regional airports according to flight availability), transfers (by train), hotel accommodation for one night and meals. Personal expenses will be the responsibility of the prize winner. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable for cash, and may not be resold.
