As well as standout prizes like Best Family Cruise Line and Best Solo Agent, a host of specialised award categories will offer an opportunity to celebrate innovation in many different forms.
The Best Tech Innovation award, for example, will go to the company who’s used technology to revolutionise their business, whether it’s using AI to improve operational efficiency for booking systems or a groundbreaking app that’s changed the game when it comes to interacting with guests and/or trade.
Meanwhile, Best for Accessibility will award the cruise line that goes above and beyond to cater for all travellers, whether it be through accessible corridors and boarding processes, specially designed cabins or accessible shoreside excursions.
Improving the cruise industry’s impact on the planet is a hot topic for cruise lines, agents and travellers and our Best Sustainability Initiative category will celebrate the companies that are investing in recycling energy or onboard materials, testing new fuels or changing port infrastructure.
