Scenic Group launches 'Moments of Wonder' incentive

Scenic Group – consisting of Scenic and Emerald Cruises – has launched a ‘Moments of Wonder’ incentive prize programme.

Agents who make a new river or ocean booking with either brand between 3 January and 28 February will be entered into a prize draw to win one of six ‘Moments of Wonder’ that showcase some of the Scenic Enrich and EmeraldPLUS experiences available to clients.

Activities include helicopter rides, private dining and cooking experiences at a five-star restaurant, a private vineyard tour, and a luxury evening of wine and whisky tasting.

The company is also offering a new e-bike to one lucky winner.

To support the incentive, the group’s sales managers will be visiting stores and call centres across the country.

Scenic and Emerald Cruises director of trade sales Andrea Stafford said: “In the long, dark winter months travel agents are always at their busiest, so we thought it would be great to give them the chance to brighten things up with a fun competition.

“We now have our biggest ever call centre team and will have dedicated turn-of-year phone lines, so we can deal with incoming calls as quickly as possible.

“We also have two agency sales support team members to help with any questions agents have.”

In October, Scenic Group announced the appointment of Richard Twynam as its new UK & Ireland MD.
