Royal Caribbean International has launched a new incentive giving travel agents the opportunity to win a visit to Orlando, before sailing to the line’s private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay.

To be run through the line’s rewards and learning platform, Club Royal, a total of eight winners will experience a five-night trip – first in Orlando and then two nights on the line’s newest ship, Wonder of the Seas.

The prize includes flights, meals, drinks and a “few surprises along the way”, Royal Caribbean said.

There are three ways in which agents can win. Five of the eight will be the top sellers of Royal Caribbean’s European sailings for 2023, measured through the number of bookings made and claimed through Club Royal during the competition period.

Two slots will be up for grabs via the Club Royal Plus App’s new Ballot section. Agents need to enter the prize draw during the competition period to be in with a chance.

The final way to win is for an agent to be chosen as the Club Royal Social Star. The person with the most creative Instagram or Facebook post, explaining why they want to be the Social Star, using both hashtags #ClubRoyalSocialStar and #WINYOURWAYTOPERFECTDAY, will secure the final place.

The competition runs until 9 September, with the trip taking place from 6-11 December 2022.

In July, Royal Caribbean held its first UK ship visit of the year for the travel trade. The line confirmed that more ship visits are scheduled to take place throughout the summer on Anthem of the Seas.
