Riviera Travel to operate Croatian yacht cruises

Riviera Travel has announced it will operate four Croatian yacht cruise itineraries in 2024.

A total of 68 sailings will take place from early May to October, with six dedicated to solo travellers.

The seven-night itineraries, available now, will sail on exclusively chartered, luxury yachts, each with a maximum of 38 to 40 guests.

Daily tours and visits will combine “historic towns and cities of Croatia with the unspoilt beauty of the national parks of the Dalmatian coast”, a statement said.

An example itinerary is the Dubrovnik, Split & Jewels of the Dalmatian Coast voyage, sailing on MV Corona. Prices start from £1,799pp.

Riviera Travel to offer ‘perfect combination’

Riviera Travel head of product river and ocean cruise Katja Hildebrandt said: “These sailings offer a truly luxurious way to discover the history and charms of the Dalmatian coast, from the comfort of our exclusively-chartered yachts.

“Our hand-picked programme of daily visits and tours allows guests to immerse themselves in their destinations, with the freedom to dine at local restaurants ashore when not being catered for by the on board chefs.

“They can take advantage of the yacht’s fantastic facilities and enjoy relaxing dips in the blue waters of the Adriatic on one of multiple swim stops.

“These sailings are the perfect combination of guided and independent exploration and we can’t wait to welcome our guests on board and help them experience a holiday they’ll never forget.”

Earlier in March, Riviera appointed Noeleen Pritchard as operations director.

The operator has also joined the Association of Women Travel Executives and has endorsed the Back in Time for Bed initiative.
