Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled details about new ship Seven Seas Grandeur.

The 750-passenger vessel will start its inaugural season in November 2023, featuring 17 voyages in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, as well as two transatlantic cruises.

Grandeur, a sister ship to Seven Seas Explorer and Seven Seas Splendor, will be offer a range of seven to 16-night cruises.

Bookings for Seven Seas Grandeur‘s inaugural season go on sale on 22 September 2021. The line stated it was “hopeful for a fifth record-breaking launch within a year”.

This comes after the line achieved a record-breaking booking day for its 2023/24 programme.

Regent Seven Seas has also revealed information about on-board areas on Seven Seas Grandeur, including designs for all 15 suite categories, two restaurants and the observation lounge.

The line has worked with Studio DADO to “re-imagine the distinct level of luxury” found elsewhere across the fleet.

New for the Regent Suite will be a skylit, glass-enclosed parlour “adorned with two chaise lounges allowing for afternoon daydreaming or night-time stargazing”, the line said.

A private in-suite spa will also be included.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises president and chief executive officer Jason Montague said: “Following the recent unveiling of Seven Seas Grandeur’s breathtaking Compass Rose restaurant, which was extremely well received, we are delighted to reveal further features of the latest member of the world’s most luxurious fleet.

“In just over two short years, luxury travellers will have even more choice of ship to explore the world on, while enjoying the unrivalled Regent experience, starting with a wonderful selection of Caribbean and Mediterranean cruises.

“I am sure the itineraries will be tremendously popular when they go on sale soon.”

Studio DADO founding partner Yohandel Ruiz added: “A canvas such as Seven Seas Grandeur is a designer’s dream.

“The level of luxury needed requires us to consider and perfect every single detail that the discerning Regent guest will experience.

“Not only is the functionality of each individual space of the highest importance, whether it’s indulging in a gourmet meal or reclining on a plush mattress for a restorative sleep following a day of exploring, but the finest of materials must work in perfect harmony too, from textures to colour tones. It’s a challenge to relish.”
