Princess Cruises has revealed that a new drinks menu will available on all ships in autumn 2018.

In addition to new cocktails created by mixologist Rob Floyd, Princess Cruises has added 20 premium and exotic spirits, 39 wines by the glass, and 17 international and craft beers.

Tony Roberts, vice president Princess Cruises UK and Europe, said: “We’re excited to launch our new travel-inspired cocktail menu from all the different cruise destinations our ships visit, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to enhancing the guest experience.

“By increasing our selections of beers and wines onboard, we’re also giving passengers greater choice through our drinks offerings to create the best cruise experience at sea.”

The menu includes, among many others, the Mayan Heat, made with Patrón Silver tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, agave syrup, and muddled jalapeño; the Italian Sunset, composed of Aperol, Bombay Sapphire gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters; and Ver-Jus, which combines St. George Terroir gin, St-Germain, muddled green grapes, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Bars and lounges will also feature new themed menus, while ‘zero-proof’, non-alcoholic cocktails will be available.

Floyd, who has appeared on television and founded RX Liquid Chef, said: “I was truly inspired by ingredients from all the amazing destinations where Princess Cruises sails.

“Guests will be able to enjoy a wide selection of drinks that combine what I refer to as the Three Ts – taste, technique, and tale.”
