Princess Cruises has relaunched its agent training platform, OneSource.com, in a bid to provide agents with tools and resources to bolster their sales
The revamped platform features an upgraded customer service hub, where agents can access a library of FAQs and guides, reducing the need to contact Princess Cruises’ customer service team via phone or live chat.
There will also be an expanded training series available, which includes updated guides on Princess’ booking systems, such as POLAR and Plane Sailing, as well as revamped destination content and access to marketing toolkits.
A new webinar page provides access to a library of eight bitesize training videos, in addition to direct links to the Princess Cruises Sales YouTube channel, which features 29 new training guides.
A selection of refreshed pages will also showcase Princess Cruises’ latest launches, press releases, and upcoming ship visits, while a new site tour overview feature provides guidance on how agents can access information and resources on the platform.
Hayley Moore, sales director for Princess UK and Europe, said: “The relaunch of OneSource is a significant milestone in our commitment to supporting our valued travel agents.
“Our team has worked tirelessly to develop a platform that empowers agents with the tools and resources they need to excel in selling Princess Cruises.
“By listening to agent feedback and analysing platform usage, we’ve tailored OneSource to provide the most relevant and engaging content, ensuring agents feel confident and well-equipped to promote our brand.”
It comes after the line’s newest ship, Sun Princess, made its UK debut last month in Southampton.
