Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises have announced a new structure for their sales leadership in the UK and Ireland
Overseeing the UK and Ireland sales teams for both brands is Paul Beale, who has been promoted to a newly created, dual-branded role, vice president sales UK and Ireland for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Beale will report into Steve Odell, who was appointed senior vice president international and consumer sales for both the luxury and ultra luxury cruise brands in March.
The new structure provides a dual-branded strategic leadership, while also maintaining Oceania and Regent teams to provide support to travel partners.
Reporting directly to Beale are Louise Craddock, sales director UK and Ireland for Oceania Cruises and Ed Lang, who has been promoted to sales director UK and Ireland for Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
In addition, Georgia Lewis has been promoted to key account manager, UK for Regent Seven Seas Cruises and will report to Lang.
“I am excited to announce this new sales structure for our vitally important markets in the UK and Ireland, meaning we are now well-positioned to maintain our lead in the luxury and ultra luxury segments,” said Odell.
“This new structure leverages our exceptional talent pool and allows the team to bolster the sharing of best practices, ultimately providing stronger support to our valued travel partners.”
The move comes as both lines prepare to welcome new ships; Oceania Allura in July 2025; Regent’s first new-generation ship – Seven Seas Prestige in 2026, plus Oceania Cruises’ first Project Quattro ship, scheduled for delivery in 2027.
“It is an honour to accept this new role as we enter a very exciting period for both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises,” said Beale.
“Having been in the cruise industry for 24 years—more than half of them with Regent—I can’t wait to work with the sales teams across both brands to propel these two pre-eminent lines within their categories forward, and to help our trade partners grow their luxury and ultra luxury cruise business.”
