James Cole, founder and chief executive of Panache Cruises, said investing in his team “plays an essential role” in the company’s future growth strategy.

“We are excited to be a part of this partnership and set new standards for colleagues, cruise lines and customers.”
Panache Cruises developing a ‘thriving culture’ amongst workforce
Chris Golby, founder and chief executive of Lumien, said it was “encouraging” to see Panache Cruises prioritise developing a “thriving culture” amongst its workforce.
“We are confident that in working together to establish the strongest foundations for building, scaling and supporting a high-performance culture, and by consistently acting on the things that truly matter, we can support James and the team achieve their ambitious growth goals,” he added.
The partnership is the latest in a string of moves by Cole to bolster the Panache team, after the company promoted head of partnerships Anna Perrott to partnerships director and Kimberley Glynn to finance director earlier this month.
Last year, Panache was named the fastest growing business in the north as part of the Fast Growth 50 Index in the North of England.
