Panache Cruises promotes Anna Perrott to partnerships director
Panache Cruises has promoted head of partnerships Anna Perrott to partnerships director and Kimberley Glynn to finance director
James Cole, founder and chief executive of Panache Cruises, said: “I am delighted to see these two highly valued colleagues advance in our rapidly growing organisation.
“Anna joined us at the start of 2023 and has helped us develop exceptionally strong relationships with our cruise line partners. She has also built an excellent team around her, which positions us well as we drive forward our ambitious growth plans.”
People ‘a key role in our success’, says Panache Cruises boss
Other members of Cole’s senior management team include Clare Cruise, sales and operations director and Neil Thomson, marketing director.
“Our people play a key role in the success of Panache Cruises and it gives me great pleasure to recognise both Kim and Anna’s achievements with these promotions,” Cole continued.
“Kim who has been with us since the summer of 2022, is also truly deserving of this promotion. During her time with us she has implemented a strong and robust financial framework for our business, which will stand us in good stead for the next stage of our development.”
Last year, Panache Cruises was named the fastest growing business in the north of England for 2023.
The luxury cruise agency was awarded the title as part of the Fast Growth 50 Index in the North of England, sponsored by UBS, which recognises “significant entrepreneurial success” across the region among fifty firms which have collectively achieved £1 billion in turnover in 2022.
