Oceania appoints Natalie Read as regional sales executive

Natalie Reed, Oceania Cruises

Oceania Cruises has appointed Natalie Read as its new regional sales executive to bolster its agent support network in the UK

Read has more than 17 years’ experience in the travel industry, most recently as director of Cotswolds Private Travel Company, a luxury travel business she started in early 2024.

Before that, she was UK sales director at SeaDream Yacht Club for three years and key account manager for The Cruise Portfolio for 10 years.

Read joins the six-strong Oceania team, which is headed up by Louise Craddock, director of sales, UK and Ireland, and includes Alex Farquharson, senior manager key accounts; Kal Sindhu, business development manager north, Scotland and Ireland; Mark Godden, sales manager south; Kim Gough inside sales executive; and Leah Williams, senior sales support executive.

“We are delighted to welcome Natalie to Oceania Cruises, she will play an important role in supporting our continued commitment to best serve our trade partners,” Craddock said.

“With her extensive experience in the travel industry, she will be instrumental in driving sales and a great addition to our UK and Ireland sales team.”

It comes after the line’s parent company, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH), appointed Jason Montague to the new role of chief luxury officer to oversee the expansion of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania in the coming years.

The restructure sees president of Oceania, Frank Del Rio Jr, report to Montague and president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Andrea DeMarco, step down on 4 March 2025 after remaining in the position to facilitate a handover.
