New cruise tour business launches

Tripashore, a new cruise tour business offering small group tours on sale through UK travel agents has been launched.

The launch follows research with cruise passengers across the UK and offers travel agents commission. The research carried out by Tripashore revealed that many guests are left disappointed by some of the current tour offerings and particularly resent being herded around in large groups and being rushed through itineraries by disengaged guides.

The company offers a choice of small group tours with an average of 12 guests with leading tour guides at fully inclusive fares. The cost includes a meet and greet at the bottom of the ships gangway, all entrance fees, use of small vehicles, iconic destinations with UNESCO world sites offered as the norm, flexibility to cancel free of charge up to 16 days prior to departure, a guarantee to get the guest to the next port should they miss the ship, free wifi and complimentary refreshments.

Strongitharm has assembled a specialist team with extensive cruise experience to work alongside him. The senior management team includes head of sales, Craig Jeffs who joined from MSC Cruises and head of product, Bernadette Thomason, who joined from Carnival UK.
