Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection has appointed James Howlett, who previously worked at Collette, as sales manager, supporting agents in the north of England.

Howlett started his role on January 19, and joins a growing sales supported by UK managing director Kathryn Beadle. He will be responsible for building awareness and understanding of Uniworld’s river cruise itineraries and luxury ships, with agency partners.

Howlett said: “With the launch of a new ship, Joie de Vivre, and new product developments in the pipeline, this is a really exciting time to be joining the Uniworld team. The market for river cruising is growing and evolving so I’m really looking forward to driving further interest in the sector and talking to agents about our incredible river cruising product.”
