Fred Olsen Cruise Lines says it will help guests “make it a year to remember” with its latest offer.

The line has savings of up to £500 per person on a selection of sailings in 2023.

The offer – running to 14 June – features itineraries that take in Lapland’s summertime wildlife, the Arctic to see the Midnight Sun and size-restricted waterways, including along Norway’s narrow Trollfjord, the Hudson river and Cape Cod Canal in America.

More than 50 cruises are included from May to December 2023, with departures available from Liverpool, Newcastle, Rosyth, Southampton and Dover.

Voyages range from two to 93 nights and prices start from £599pp.

‘See the world for less’ with Fred Olsen

Fred Olsen sales and marketing director Jackie Martin said: “We know that the arrival of warmer, brighter days has many of us dreaming of our next adventure and so we are giving travellers the chance to experience the world for less in 2023.

“There are more than 50 cruises to choose from and each itinerary has been hand-crafted purposefully by our specialist Journey Planners.

“The adventures aren’t limited to time guests spend ashore.

“Every cruise will feature our new Signature Experiences to celebrate the destinations, from hosted wildlife spotting opportunities out on deck to chances to sampling the authentic flavours of the regions in cookery demonstrations, tastings and our menus on board.”

In March, Fred Olsen unveiled its 2024/25 ocean cruise programme, featuring “a host of specially timed sailings to coincide with natural wonders and destination events”.

For the first time since 2019, it includes an 11-night Mystery Cruise setting sail from Southampton in November 2024, with guests able to follow in the footsteps of explorers, navigators and seafarers as they guess their next port of call.

The line will offer departures from Liverpool, Newcastle, Rosyth, Dover, Southampton and Portsmouth.
