The First Class Travel Group has launched a new cruise brand to cater for a “growing demand” for luxury holidays
The launch comes as the company unveils a new group structure and rebrands from First Class Holidays to the First Class Travel Group.
The development brings together a portfolio of luxury travel brands, including tailor-made specialist First Class Holidays, tour operator African Pride, transfer service Knighton Reeve and long-haul cruise operator First Class Cruise.
CEO Daniel Gathercole said the rebrand represents the company’s vision to establish a “leading force” in the long haul tailor-made travel sector.
“By bringing together our established brands, we are enhancing our ability to offer premium, tailor-made experiences across both land and sea to our dedicated agent partners,” he added.
“First Class Cruise has been launched as a standalone brand for personalised cruise experiences, dedicated to high-end cruising with bespoke ground arrangements to cater for the growing demand we have seen.”
He continued: “After months of development, we are excited to officially launch First Class Cruise in April, complete with a printed brochure and an inspiring website.”
It comes after luxury boutique operator Carrier reported significant rise in demand for cruise holidays, with sales up by 69 per cent for 2024 year-to-date, following its largest-ever booking.
The Manchester-based operator, which recently booked a private yacht charter valued at more than £2 million, said cruise is more appealing than ever to its clientele.
