Luxury cruise operator Emerald Cruises has unveiled a wave of trade incentives to celebrate Emerald Azzurra starring in a new ITV show with Loose Women star Judi Love
New cruising TV programme Judi Love’s Culinary Cruise features the comedian and TV host as she sails through the Mediterranean onboard Azzurra.
The new series is set to air on ITV1 from 4-8 November 2024 and will showcase some of the highlights onboard the luxury yacht.
To mark the feature, Emerald has developed a number of sales and training initiatives to support agents and enable them to learn more about the fleet and itineraries while building sales opportunities.
The initiatives include a reward incentive which will see agents receive £75 worth of points for any Mediterranean sailing booked from 1-29 November 2024, which can be redeemed against a choice of gifts and vouchers. Agents need to claim prizes by 29 November to receive their gifts in time for Christmas.
Elsewhere, the first 20 agents to complete their Emerald Cruises Luxury Yacht Cruises training module will receive an Emerald Cruises branded bag. To access the Agent Academy training, agents can sign up here.
Agents will also have access to a suite of marketing assets, from social tiles to images and posters, plus a training video on the Scenic & Emerald Cruises Totally Trade Facebook page.
Nick Hughes, director of sales, partnerships and strategic growth, said: “It is hugely exciting to see cruising return to the primetime TV schedule. Judi Love is a well-loved personality and we loved hosting her onboard during the filming for this series.”
Cruise on TV a ‘fantastic opportunity’ for agents
He added: “Seeing cruise back on our screens provides agents with a fantastic sales opportunity and we want to support and encourage our agent partners to ensure they are in pole position to make the most of it ahead of the new series being broadcast.
“We have practical information and advice available across both our training modules and Facebook page to build learning and are continually investing in our rewards scheme so that agents know just how much we appreciate their support.”
