Cunard has launched a new travel agent competition to win a cruise to Alaska, Cruise Trade News can exclusively reveal.
The luxury brand will be hosting six winners on six separate voyages on Queen Elizabeth this summer.
To enter and be in with a chance of winning, agents need to make and play all their Alaska bookings on Cunard’s Shine Rewards Club platform, whether they are Cunard fare, early saver fare or net rate bookings.
Bookings need to be made between 13-28 February 2023 to be valid.
There is no limit to how many bookings agents can submit, so the more bookings, the better the chance of winning.
Cunard will cover the cost of the flights, transfers, hotel, and dining charges. The cruise line will be in touch with agents within 14 days of the closing date.
Cunard ‘repaying’ agents’ hard work
Cunard UK director of sales Tom Mahoney said: “We are delighted to be launching this competition and we are incredibly excited to be providing six worthy winners the chance to go on the ultimate Alaskan voyage.
“As the demand for expedition travel continues to grow, Cunard is proud to offer adventure seekers a range of unique and thrilling itineraries to some of the most fascinating destinations in the world, such as Alaska.
“Our agent partners do a brilliant job of selling these immersive expedition experiences and so it seems right that we repay their hard work in this way.
“It will be an experience of a lifetime and we look forward to hearing all about the unforgettable memories they make this summer.”
In late January, Cunard reported “strong booking momentum” across 2023 and 2024 sailings.
