Cruise Trade News has partnered with employee engagement survey specialist Best Companies Group to discover the best companies to work for in the cruise industry.

This is the first time that the Best Companies Group has joined forces with an organisation in the cruise sector.

Registrations are welcome from travel agencies selling cruise, cruise line operators and suppliers to the industry. The deadline is not until the 27 September, so there is plenty of time to register for the survey. Companies that pre-ordered reports will then receive an invoice within seven days.

A total of 25 per cent of the evaluation is based upon the benefits companies offer and the great things they are doing for their staff. The remainder comes from an anonymous employee engagement survey.

The benefits of entering include improved organisational pride and morale, as well as a boost to marketing and PR efforts, through exposure in a respected, employee-led evaluation.

CTN editor Colette Doyle said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase what makes your business stand out in the cruise sector.

“We all appreciate that employee engagement is now recognised as a real game changer. There are no judges here, just a rigorous, scientifically proven, two-part assessment process. We very much hope that our readers and advertisers will take part in this extremely worthwhile initiative.”

Registration and participation in the CTN Best Companies to Work For programme are free of charge. CTN will announce the companies that have attained the status of Best Company to Work For at the 2020 Wave Awards ceremony.
