Crystal Cruises has unveiled a new Easy Book programme that includes reduced deposits of 15 per cent and waived administrative fees for all new bookings through 30 June 2020.
The new programme applies to the line’s entire portfolio – encompassing Crystal Cruises, Crystal River Cruises, Crystal Yacht Cruises and Crystal Expedition Cruises – in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Easy Book is combinable with several of the luxury cruise line’s savings programmes currently available, including the all-inclusive Book Now Fares, Crystal Society Savings, Early Final Payment Savings and Combination Voyage Savings.
Standard final payment and cancellation schedules apply.
Crystal senior vice president of marketing and sales, Carmen Roig, said:
“As we look ahead to future global voyages, we know that our guests are eager to return to their favourite Crystal experiences.
“Travellers are seeking more peace of mind and flexibility as they plan their future journeys, and Easy Book – along with several other current Crystal special offers – provides these things, making it easier than ever to book the luxury holiday they’ve been craving.”
While its fleet is paused, the line has been developing new health and safety procedures and policies that will support all public health and regulatory requirements following the coronavirus outbreak.
Details of these new measures and initiatives will shortly be available on Crystal Cruises’ website.
“Please know that our guests’ and crews’ safety is our number one priority and we will resume service only when our expert team, as well as global health and government authorities, indicate that it is safe to do so,” commented the cruise line.
Last week, the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) announced that it will soon be announcing additional and separate measures for the aviation and cruise sectors, after releasing its own protocols for the sector.
