Travel agents and cruise lines are being called upon to share their thoughts on the state of the industry, with findings unveiled at the Cruise Summit on 17 June

The last 12 months have represented a period of unprecedented growth for the cruise industry, with record-breaking sales figures and a slew of major ship launches attracting worldwide attention.

Now’s your chance to tell us your side of the story.

What are the primary factors driving your cruise sales? How have your clients’ travel habits changed in recent years? Is there something preventing you from securing more new-to-cruise clients?

Cruise Trade News’ five-minute reader survey is your chance to let us know about the issues affecting you and your agency or cruise line.

The findings will be announced at this year’s Cruise Summit, which takes place at the NewsUK offices in London Bridge on 17 June, by Cruise Trade News editor Jack Carter. Places are filling up fast, but there are still a small number of free spots up for grabs at cruisesummit.co.uk.

Filling out the survey couldn’t be easier and it should only take a few minutes of your time. Here’s a quick three-step guide to get you on your way.

How to complete the survey

Step 1

Head to cruisetradenews.com and look for the pop-up window which should appear in the bottom-right-hand corner of your screen. That’s our survey right there.

Step 2

You will first be asked if you’re a cruise travel agent. Those who click ‘yes’ will be funnelled toward a series of multiple-choice questions specifically tailored to agents.

Step 3

For those who click ‘no’, you will then be asked if you work for a cruise line, where those who click ‘yes’ will be invited to answer a separate set of multiple-choice questions.

Please note that once you’ve started the survey, you only have one opportunity to complete it as it won’t appear again after you’ve refreshed or clicked off of the Cruise Trade news homepage, so be sure to answer all questions in one go.

Experiencing some issues? Feel free to email [email protected] or [email protected] and we can send a separate survey to you directly.
