In late February, Fred Olsen Cruise Lines named Michelle Tingley as brand training manager, a new position for the cruise line. She speaks to Lucy Abbott in the latest Cruise Trade News Cruise Corner interview.
Tingley, who has been with the brand for six years, will deliver training to travel agent partners, with a strong focus on personalisation to fit the differing needs of agents.
Upon her appointment in the role, Tingley explained how she was excited to “delve deeper with our trade partners to showcase what makes Fred Olsen special”.
As she explains in this interview, there is much for travel agents to look forward to, as the company seeks to educate the trade on its unique selling points.
