Cruise and Maritime Voyages (CMV) is continuing with its programme of ship visits for its trade partners.
To date, more than 500 have visited CMV ships this year or are set to take lunch on board the Columbus, Magellan, Marco Polo, and Astoria.
Recently, 25 agents were welcomed on board Columbus for a tour and lunch while the ship was berthed at the London cruise terminal in Tilbury.
Lisa Jacobs, CMV’s head of trade sales, said: “Our ship visits have been very popular this year and offer a great opportunity for the trade to see what we have to offer.
“Currently, thanks to our agents, bookings are exceptional. We pay good commission and a new brochure for Winter and Spring cruises 2019/20 aimed at helping agents get early bookings.
“Our latest trade incentive, to win a Pimm’s Garden Hamper each week, has proved to be popular with a record number of entries.”
Places are still available to visit CMV ships in various UK ports during August, September and October.
Agents can download full details of dates and venues from the CMV website, or from the trade sales team on 01708 893102. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
